Maintenance
All barrier systems require some form of periodic maintenance to ensure their warranties and to keep them running at peak performance. Our service and maintenance team offers these contracts on all barrier systems regardless of manufacture or model.
These variable duration periodic maintenance contracts are available to prolong the life of your perimeter security system and are site and equipment specific. Our contracts are available for all your service and periodic maintenance needs. The most common frequencies of these contracts are:
- Monthly
- Bi-monthly
- Quarterly
- Semi-annually
- Annually
In addition to our maintenance services, we also provide service support. Our in-house technicians are capable of providing phone and on-site support during business hours.
Our technicians also provide 24-7 coverage for any and all service emergencies for our contract customers. Service contracts are available for all customers in the post warranty period. Most of the time this is part of a maintenance contract which allows for even more coverage on your specific needs. Also, our technicians are trained to install a number of “add-on” after market peripherals to personalize your perimeter security system and adapt it to the ever changing security needs of your site. An example of this is sometimes additional safety systems either become available, or are already available to adapt to issues that were not foreseeable during installation of your new perimeter security systems. |
